1968

After serving with the California National Guard during the Vietnam War, Donald Rodgers ’68 returned home to dedicate himself to the family business, Rodgers Bottling Companyg. Later, Don’s gentle hands and sharp mind nurtured the family vineyard in Napa. Beyond his many gifts as a musician, sailor, and fixer of all things, Don’s greatest joy was his family—his wife of 34 years, Terry, his daughters Mary Rodgers ’98 and Maureen, and five grandchildren. Don died on July 31, 2025, and was preceded in death by father Lionel Rodgers ’37.
