Dennis O’Hara ’76 has been honored for the second year as a†"Power Broker" by Risk & Insurance magazine. This honor comes as Risk & Insurance performs research to identify the top men and women in the property/casualty brokerage segment of the insurance industry. His classification and industry focus within the awards is nonprofits. "More important," he writes, "I’ve been SCU’s insurance broker for the last eight years — and hopefully many more to come. I lead at team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. that coordinates insurance analysis, purchasing and risk management consulting at SCU (and USF, Loyola Marymount and the California Jesuit Province). On the SCU campus we are directed by and support Bob Warren, Harry Fong and Sam Florio."
