Denis Klavdianos J.D. ’01 is in his third year at Glassberg, Pollak & Associates. He currently devotes 100 percent of his time to collection matters. He has broad based experience in business litigation, including collection matters.

In the area of collection law, he has prosecuted fraudulent transfer actions and successfully pursued individuals and business entities under the alter ego theory of liability by filing adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.
In the area of business litigation, he helped to prosecute four securities arbitration cases, and successfully defended a corporate client in an intellectual property matter.
 
In addition, Denis has been involved in four appeals (both as appellant and respondent) in which he drafted all the briefs in appellate cases brought before the Fourth District Court of Appeals in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
 
During law school, Denis clerked for Judge Socrates Peter Manoukian of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.  He also clerked for the General Counsel of the California Medical Association, and participated in the Honors Moot Court Competition.
