David Tripaldi ’65 was a people person. He always had time to talk. At Coldwell Banker, David was known as an inspiring leader and mentor to many. Fifteen years ago, he and his three sons founded their own real estate company, Tilden Properties. Under David’s leadership, the company thrived. David died Jan. 12, 2024, and is survived by family, including son Dave Tripaldi ’97 and daughter Shannon Donnelly ’95.
