Growing up in Pacific Grove, California, David Miller Rudolph ’58 played basketball and worked at his family’s furniture business. He attended San Carlos Elementary and St. Angela’s Elementary, and was a member of the first graduating class of Junipero Memorial High School, where he wrote a high school sports column for the Monterey Herald. Later in life David joined the Navy and attained the rank of Lt. J. G. He served in the U.S.S. Lexington (CV-16) and later became a liaison officer with the Marines in Hawaii. David died on Feb. 19 2021, and is survived by his wife, Susan, and extended family.
