Cynthia (Nulman) Gresser J.D. ’03 has been promoted to chief deputy district attorney for the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s office. Gresser has been a deputy district attorney since 2006. During that time she successfully prosecuted a variety of serious cases including murder, criminal street gang crimes, major sex crimes, major narcotics, domestic violence, and elder abuse crimes. Cynthia was recognized as Deputy District Attorney of the Year in 2011 and received the Santa Maria Elk’s Law Enforcement Appreciation award for Outstanding Performance in 2015.
