Christos Chrones M.S. ’66 spent 25 years in the electronics industry. In 1986, after moving to Capitola, he and his wife started Pacific Yachts in the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, a yacht brokerage which they kept for almost 35 years. They owned and sailed numerous boats on the Californian coast and took one of them to Mexico, where they often explored the Sea of Cortez. A native of Kyparissia, Greece, Chris died on June 5, 2022 and is survived by his wife, son, and three grandchildren.
