Christine Peek J.D. ’04 was named to the Northern California Super Lawyers 2012 Edition – Rising Stars. Recognizing the premier up-and-coming attorneys in the region, approximately two percent of the Northern California Bar received this distinction. Peek maintains a general civil litigation practice, focusing on constitutional law and lawsuits against government entities. She has experience litigating state and federal constitutional issues in a wide variety of contexts, including business regulation, nuisance, takings, election law, public employment, compassionate use, selective enforcement, illegal search and seizure, and excessive force cases. She is an active member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, currently serving on its Appellate Courts Committee.
