Chantal Rodriguez ’03, Ph.D., is the newly appointed Assistant Dean at the Yale School of Drama. She will be leading important Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at the School, among many other responsibilities. She earned a B.A. in Theater Arts and Spanish Studies from SCU in 2003, and a Ph.D. in Theater and Performance Studies from UCLA in 2009. For the last 7 years she has served as the Programming Director for the Latino Theater Company at the Los Angeles Theatre Center, while teaching at various universities and engaging in scholarly research and publication.
