Brian Forster ’89 embraced life through his many passions: live music, spontaneous adventures, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, traveling, and savoring visits to Santa Barbara for food and fun. While attending SCU, Brian met lifelong friends and future wife Ellen Forster ’91. Together they built a life in Mukilteo, Wash., and raised three children. Brian enjoyed a career at Maple Systems. In his later years, after moving to downtown Everett, Brian found joy in being part of the community, attending farmers markets, local events, and countless shows. He died on Aug. 11, 2025.
