Bonnie J. Waldron ’69, resident of San Jose, child of God, was summoned to the Lord Almighty on November 8, 2014. May her loving spirit continue to guide, protect, and shine down upon us all.
Born one of three siblings on May 10, 1947, at Glenview Naval Air Station, outside Chicago, Ill., to Theodore J., and Jeune M., Shara, Bonnie, and her family, would soon relocate to Rose Avenue, in Mountain View, Calif. After attending elementary school at St. Joseph Catholic School, and graduating from Holy Cross High School (Mountain View, Calif.), Bonnie went on to Santa Clara University where she would meet her future husband, Seaton "Rocky" Daly Jr. ’67, who would predecease her in death.
Bonnie followed Rocky to Spokane, Wash., where she would complete her bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University, and pursue a career in teaching through Spokane School District No. 81 and the Archdiocese of Spokane. After Rocky’s untimely passing, Bonnie would once again find love and devotion through marriage to James V. Waldron by whom she is survived. Additionally, Bonnie is survived by her beloved four children Shara Daly-Arnoldi (Greg), Kimber Daly, Seaton M. Daly III (Colleen), and Molly Daly-Avery (Ian); and her treasured grandchildren Emilie and Gregory Arnoldi, Isaiah Avery, and Rocco and Sydney Daly, along with countless other family and friends whom were blessed to know her. Bonnie will forever be remembered for her positive outlook, loving smile, and duteous service to others.
