Bill Orme ’71 is a senior environmental scientist and serves as the chief of the 401 Certification and Wetlands Unit, Division Water Quality, State Water Resources Control Board. He is a California Registered Professional Forester, and has enjoyed a 19-year career as a professional forester. He worked for California State Parks in grants and as a Senior Resource Ecologist before joining the State Water Resources Control Board.
