Benjamin Qiu J.D. ’05 is a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP, in Beijing, China, and Hong Kong. He is a registered arbitrator of the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Qiu has deep roots in Chinese technology startups, having worked as an in-house general counsel and fund director for venture capital investor, Innovation Works, after which he practiced at Cooley before joining Loeb & Loeb.
