Belen E. Gomez ’06, MBA ’12 has been promoted to Program Manager for Professional Mentoring and Personal Leadership Development at XCEO Inc., a leadership and corporate governance consulting firm specializing in professional mentoring in Santa Clara, Calif. Ms. Gomez will be responsible for the planning and development of XCEO’s Individual and Corporate Professional Mentoring Programs. The professional mentoring programs are designed to most effectively provide one-on-one career analysis and guidance to high-potential individuals. XCEO’s individual and corporate professional development services consist of a variety of individual and group professional mentoring programs, led by Dr. Curtis J. Crawford and the XCEO team. XCEO collaborates with all clients to assure that they achieve an extraordinary high-level of success in their careers.

Ms. Gomez joined the XCEO team in 2006 and previously served as the Brand Manager and Research Project Manger. Ms. Gomez earned a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, Calif., in 2006. She is currently completing the M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University. Before joining the XCEO team, she worked for SRI International.
