Barbara Small ’86 joined GCA Law Partners LLP as a partner in May 2014 and established the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice. Barbara’s practice covers estate planning, decedent’s estate administration (probate), trust administration, conservatorship/guardianship matters, and elder law counseling. Her clients are drawn from all levels of the business and social structure in Silicon Valley, from innovative CEO’s and pioneering legal leaders to individual family members and elders intent on preserving their independence.
