Barbara Khozam ’88, an award-winning international motivational speaker and trainer specializing in customer service, leadership, and communication, was selected as the “Top Customer Service Consultant of the Year” by the International Association of Top Professionals. Ranked in the top 1 percent out of 400 trainers in the United States, Khozam has delivered over 1,700 presentations to over 75,000 employees and executives throughout ten countries. She is the recipient of 27 awards for sales achievement and outstanding trainer ratings. In 2014 Khozam was the 14th woman in the world to be honored by Toastmasters International with their elite Accredited Speaker designation for “outstanding platform professional speaking.”
