A loving father with a head for mechanics, Arnold Bruni ’56 died Nov. 22, 2023. Arnold always supported his children in their many activities, including Cub Scouts, Little League, and music and dance lessons. He also put his mechanical aptitude to work and spent many hours repairing his children’s numerous minibikes, motorcycles, and automobiles. Arnold’s time with the Jesuit Order left a profound and positive impact on him and he returned this sentiment by supporting both Bellarmine and Santa Clara University. He was a member of the SCU Board of Fellows for 33 years and helped establish a scholarship endowment fund for both schools. Arnold is survived family, including son Christopher Bruni J.D. ’84 and nephew Alexander Bruni ’04.
