April Long ’14 is volunteering with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest, an organization based on four core values: social justice, simple living, community, and spirituality. Her year-long placement is at Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon (EMO), HIV Services, in Portland, Oregon, where she’ll work for social change among an underserved population.
