Allan Victor Burklund ’81, 55, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away suddenly on Aug. 5, 2014. Allan was an Eagle Scout, and graduated from Brophy Prep in 1977. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University, and later earned his MBA. Allan is preceded in death by his father, Lee Burklund. Allan is survived by his mother, Dolores; his significant other, Lori; his sister Carol; his sister Barbe (Rick); his brother David (Becky); his two nephews David (Lanette) and Jeremy Wetmore ’02, his niece Brianne (Oliver); and his great-nephews Jack and Theodore. He will be greatly missed. Allan also loved camping, being outdoors and spending time with his cats.
