Blank Rome is pleased to announce that Alex Tablin-Wolf ’05 has joined as an associate in the Business group. He is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Tablin-Wolf was a corporate associate at Fox Rothschild LLP. He concentrates his practice in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, federal and state securities law compliance, early stage equity and debt financings, and negotiation and preparation of complex commercial agreements.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Tablin-Wolf earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Temple University International and Comparative Law Journal and studied corporate and administrative Chinese law at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He received his B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University, where he was a four-year member of its nationally ranked men’s soccer team.
